ACCEPTED FILE TYPES

We recommend PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and .EPS files. We also accept .tiff, .jpeg or .png files.

PRODUCT PROOFING

After placing an order, uploaded files will be checked for errors and prepped to ensure they print in the best quality possible.

FILES & PRODUCTION TIME

Basic file prepping such as adding crop marks, bleed adjustments, or file conversion is free with product orders.  File error correction or design editing will incur extra fees.  If no file correction is needed, a PDF proof will then be emailed to you within 12 business hours for your approval to start production.
